Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and architecture of SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect TM solutions based on specific customer requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis workshops.
• Execute full project lifecycles from blueprinting and feasibility studies to testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Define detailed blueprints for development requirements and implement industry-specific processes across SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Lead sub-projects or functional teams, providing mentorship and coaching to consulting colleagues.
• Develop and assure the quality of process models using established modeling standards and tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP TM consulting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage all lifecycle phases from blueprinting to go-live support.
• Experience in creating discovery documentation and test case execution.
• Ability to perform feasibility studies and solution reviews.
• Experience in key user training and post-implementation support.
• Capability to lead teams and support people development tasks.
