Lead end-to-end SAP TM and logistics implementation projects for complex distribution networks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP TM and logistics implementations, including process assessments and transportation network optimization.
• Design integrated logistics solutions spanning TM, EWM, and customer order management.
• Execute complex TM configurations for transportation networks, carrier management, and rate management.
• Develop functional specifications for transportation planning, execution, and freight management.
• Configure logistics compliance management, including hazardous materials, customs, and regulatory reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Transportation Management and logistics implementation.
• Deep domain expertise in healthcare distribution and supply chain execution.
• Experience with EWM and transportation optimization.
• Proficiency in cold chain distribution and freight cost management.
• Expertise in automated rating, auditing, and payment.
• Ability to design order fulfillment processes with available-to-promise and delivery date management.
• Knowledge of compliance management and regulatory reporting.
• Experience configuring carrier collaboration portals for load tendering and tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Skills in performance management and logistics KPI dashboards.
• Experience managing logistics master data migration for transportation lanes, carriers, and rate tables.
