Description

You will lead statistical programming deliverables for early phase clinical studies, owning the full lifecycle from dataset creation to client-facing support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAS programs for analysis datasets, safety summary tables, and listings.
• Lead and manage programming team deliverables at the study and program level, ensuring timeline and quality targets are met.
• Create and maintain high-quality analysis dataset specifications and set up the PDVD following established validation procedures.
• Mentor junior programmers and act as a subject matter expert for complex SAS requirements.
• Serve in a client-facing capacity to anticipate needs and support business development activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAS programming.
• Deep experience in the Oncology therapeutic area.
• Prior experience in Phase I or early phase clinical studies.
• Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modeling experience.
• Working knowledge of CDISC SDTM and ADaM data structures.
• Experience using standard programs and macros.
• Proven ability leading programming teams regarding timelines, resources, and quality.
• Clinical research industry experience, preferably within a CRO.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline.
