Description

You will drive complex statistical programming and data analysis projects using SAS and healthcare data sources.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SAS statistical programs for data analysis.
• Implement database querying using SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Apply advanced statistical methods, including survival and regression analysis.
• Process and analyze real-world healthcare data from sources like MarketScan, Optum, and Medicare databases.

Required Skills

• Minimum four years of SAS statistical programming experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for database programming.
• Experience applying advanced statistical methods (survival, regression).
• Experience working with healthcare claims and EHR data (MarketScan, Optum, Medicare).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Python, R, and Databricks.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Training or experience using the OMOP common data model.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
