Description

You will design, implement, and maintain SCADA solutions using Ignition, focusing on Vision and Perspective modules. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SCADA solutions using Ignition Vision and Perspective modules.
• Develop and customize automation workflows using Python, JavaScript, or Ignition scripting.
• Integrate databases for data logging, reporting, and analytics using SQL or relational platforms.
• Troubleshoot and optimize SCADA systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Industry 4.0 and smart factory initiatives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA, including Vision and Perspective modules.
• Intermediate proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automation and UI customization.
• Basic to intermediate experience with SQL or relational databases for data logging and reporting.
• Foundational understanding of smart factory concepts and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ignition's native scripting environment.
