Description

You will design, develop, and maintain microservices using Scala, managing real-time data streaming with Apache Kafka and graph data modeling with Neo4j.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Kafka publishers and subscribers for event-driven architectures.
• Design graph data models using Neo4j and write complex Cypher queries.
• Develop batch jobs for data processing and automation to support business requirements.
• Deploy containerized applications on internal cloud infrastructure and Linux environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine technical requirements and drive architectural decisions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Scala.
• Hands-on experience building microservices and distributed systems.
• Solid experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• Strong working knowledge of Neo4j, including graph data modeling and Cypher.
• Experience with Node.js is required.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and cloud platform deployment.
• Experience in systems analysis and code review practices.
