Description

You will own the development and maintenance of large-scale data processing applications handling billions of events daily.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build high-throughput applications capable of processing over 100K events per second.
• Architect technical solutions for complex data processing requirements.
• Manage and deploy infrastructure components within AWS environments.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team problem-solving.
• Work independently on core development tasks while collaborating on larger projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Scala.
• Experience with Akka for building concurrent and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with AWS services.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
• Experience using Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Working knowledge of Gitlab for version control and CI/CD.
• Experience with Redis for caching and data storage.
