Description

You will manage and maintain the SCCM/MECM hierarchy and endpoint health.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SCCM/MECM hierarchy, including Management Points, Distribution Points, Reporting Services, and Cloud Management Gateway.
• Deploy applications and packages while troubleshooting deployment failures.
• Execute monthly patching for servers and endpoints via WSUS and Software Update Points.
• Administer Intune/Co-Management tasks including device enrollment, user group management, and MDM/MAM policy configuration.
• Handle incidents and work requests within ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy to meet SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SCCM and MECM.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Management Points, Distribution Points, and IBCM.
• Proficiency in managing WSUS and Software Update Points for monthly patching cycles.
• Experience creating and managing applications and packages via SCCM.
• Technical understanding of Operating System Deployment (OSD) and task sequences.
• Ability to build custom reports and dashboards using SSRS.
• Experience with Intune device enrollment and app protection policies.
• Knowledge of MDM and MAM policy management.
• Experience working within ITSM frameworks to manage service requests and incidents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Co-Management environments.
