Description

You will provide technical leadership for the AI4NWP project, acting as Scrum Master and owning the FastNet capability roadmap.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile delivery and coordinate with the project manager.
• Review and refactor prototype science code for efficiency and maintainability.
• Mentor team members through coaching, pair programming, and knowledge transfer.
• Promote coding best practices and high-quality documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge of Python, including QA, testing, and documentation.
• Expert knowledge of agile development practices and the Scrum framework.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning workflows on AzureML.
• Experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets, specifically geospatial data.
• Proven ability to develop sophisticated machine learning models.
