Description

Build and productionize AI/ML models for supply chain optimization, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, and capacity planning.
• Analyze complex supply chain datasets from ERP, planning, and logistics systems to identify risks and opportunities.
• Build scenario simulations and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
• Productionize models and continuously improve them using MLOps practices and business feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science and AI/ML with real-world supply chain analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R for end-to-end analytics and modeling.
• Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning techniques, including regression, time series, clustering, and optimization.
• Experience with AI/ML model deployment (MLOps) and cloud analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and metrics.
• Any Graduate degree (Computer Application or related field preferred).
