Description

Drive execution and facilitation for the Transition and Transformation Agile Release Train (ART) during large-scale technology transformations and M&A events.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in defining scope boundaries, sizing work, identifying dependencies, and managing stakeholder engagement.
• Support the Release Train Engineer and Solution Leads with coordination and planning for transition and transformation solutions.
• Facilitate communication between delivery groups within a Value Stream and drive continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt (I&A) at the Solution layer.
• Manage delivery management artifacts and communications, including status, risks, and dependencies.
• Align strategy and execution by working closely with Solution Management, Product Management, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a senior IT project or program management capacity.
• Proven experience in large M&A or financial systems transformation efforts.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Rally.
• Experience with PowerPoint for delivery management and communication.
• Ability to provide IT domain-level facilitation and cross-domain traceability.
• Experience working with Solution Management and Product Management teams.
