Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement for Salesforce development teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach Agile teams and Product Owners on Scrum principles and servant leadership.
• Partner with Salesforce teams to deliver high-quality solutions and manage release planning.
• Track sprint metrics, velocity, and burndown charts to monitor delivery progress.
• Remove impediments and coordinate dependencies across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and servant leadership.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team facilitation skills.
• Experience identifying and removing impediments while driving continuous improvement.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and enterprise Agile delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience working in SAFe Agile environments.
• Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
