Own the Agile delivery process for engineering teams in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain team momentum.
• Identify and remove impediments blocking the team while coaching members on Agile best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and adjusting processes.
• Track and report sprint metrics, velocity, and delivery progress using Agile tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Agile environments, with a strong focus on Scrum Master roles.
• Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Proven ability to facilitate effective ceremonies and remove blockers.
• Experience tracking metrics and reporting delivery progress.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
