Own the Agile process for technology and data platform teams, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments to ensure steady delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives for Agile teams.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team delivery velocity and progress.
• Coach teams on self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement practices.
• Support reporting on velocity, sprint metrics, and overall delivery progress using Agile lifecycle tools.
• Drive Agile adoption within enterprise or large-scale IT initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering technology or data platforms.
• Proven ability to facilitate all standard Agile ceremonies effectively.
• Strong track record of identifying and removing blockers to maintain team momentum.
• Experience coaching teams on self-organization and accountability.
• Hands-on experience with Agile lifecycle management tools, specifically Jira.
• Ability to generate and interpret reports on velocity and delivery metrics.
• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale IT environments.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of experience working on state or government technology projects.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
