Lead multiple Agile teams toward maturity and improved customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban to drive maturity and delivery.
• Drive organizational change and continuous improvement across different levels.
• Manage conflicts constructively within cross-functional teams.
• Organize data to create metrics, reports, and dashboards for program success.
• Prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines as a self-starter.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Lean and Agile methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Expert knowledge of scaling frameworks such as SAFe.
• Expert knowledge of Product Ownership, DevOps, and Test Automation practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard Agile tools.
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile Release Train.
• Experience with value stream mapping, system-level optimizations, Theory of Constraints, and other Lean techniques.
• Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer or Certified Scrum Professional.
