Good to Have Skills: Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro and Office 365. Advanced credentials from Scrum Alliance, Scrum Inc, Scrum.org, or ICAgile. Experience working with teams applying DevSecOps capabilities to achieve delivery speed and operational stability. Experience in scaled frameworks especially Scrum @ Scale. Work with teams from variety of technical domains including warehouse management systems, ERPs, financial systems and data-warehouses.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple cross-functional Agile development teams utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework
• Assume a servant leadership role to support self-organized teams to complete Scrum projects successfully
• Facilitate sprint planning events, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple teams
• Teach and mentor multiple teams on Lean, Agile, and Scrum/Kanban principles and best practices
• Work with teams to implement and create new practices that improve the team's ability to deliver better outcomes
• Partner with Product Owner to ensure alignment of product vision, goals, and delivery of customer-centric products
• Coach teams and leaders to solve their own problems and empower the team's problem-solving abilities
• Act as change agent and help teams navigate through organizational change using ADKAR and other methodologies
• Participate in scaling adoption and scaled events including cross-team planning and delivery synchronization

Experience Required: 5+ years experience on a scrum team, 5+ years of experience with lean and implementing a kaizen mindset, 1+ years experience working in a Scaled environment, preferably Scrum @ Scale or SAFe

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Agile, Project Management or related disciplines
