Description

You will lead multiple cross-functional Agile development teams to deliver customer-centric products using the Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple teams as a servant leader to support self-organization and project success.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor teams on Lean, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles to improve delivery outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners to align product vision with delivery goals.
• Coach leaders and teams through organizational change using ADKAR and other methodologies.
• Drive scaled adoption through cross-team planning and delivery synchronization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working on a Scrum team.
• 5+ years of experience with Lean and implementing a Kaizen mindset.
• 1+ years of experience in a scaled environment, such as Scrum @ Scale or SAFe.
• Deep understanding of Scrum Framework, Agile, Lean Methodology, and Kanban.
• Experience working with teams applying DevSecOps capabilities.
• Ability to work across technical domains including WMS, ERP, financial systems, and data warehouses.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Agile, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Office 365.
• Advanced credentials from Scrum Alliance, Scrum Inc, Scrum.org, or ICAgile.
