Description

Manage multiple medium to large-scale teams through sprints and iterations to deliver end-to-end digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate scrum meetings while updating agile tracking systems for backlog transparency.
• Partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to enhance product creation system capabilities.
• Mentor team members on Agile practices and principles to advance organizational maturity.
• Drive continuous process improvements within the team's value stream to champion a continuous improvement culture.
• Ensure development teams strictly practice core agile principles while shipping software iteratively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management or technical leadership.
• Expertise in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of software development processes, including DevOps and continuous delivery.
• Advanced Agile mindset with experience improving squad maturity through coaching.
• Ability to lead discussions with senior leadership and communicate effectively across management layers.
• Experience working within ambiguous, results-oriented environments.
• Understanding of shipping software in collaboration with large engineering, design, and product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology or e-commerce.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with domain-driven and microservice architecture.
• Experience with Cloud Native applications on AWS.
