Description

You will drive agile delivery and team performance through expert coaching and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Coach the team on self-organization, cross-functional skillsets, and adherence to Scrum theory and guidelines.
• Remove team impediments and collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and support product teams.
• Build high-performing teams by identifying strengths and applying development techniques.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
• Proficiency with Agile PM tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Smartsheet, or Confluence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support US and UK time zones.
• Degree in BE, B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Relevant certification such as CSM, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, PSM, or A-CSM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile Transformation projects and Agile maturity assessments.
• Knowledge of Jira administration and configuration.
• Experience with Business Analysis and Waterfall methodologies.
