Description

Lead Agile practices across multiple teams to drive delivery and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum or Kanban ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives for multiple teams.
• Remove team-level impediments, resolve conflicts, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles to increase overall maturity and foster empowered, cross-functional environments.
• Partner with leadership on scaled planning activities and facilitate ceremonies for larger domains.
• Manage workflow by visualizing work, limiting work in progress, and tracking progress toward KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple epics, releases, and versions using Agile patterns.
• Expertise in facilitating burndown tracking, retrospective meetings, and user story refinement.
• Ability to influence leaders at all levels without relying on traditional hierarchy.
• Strong project management skills, including initiating, planning, and executing work to meet success criteria.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical and business concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing work flow through an entire domain, potentially in a scrum-of-scrums capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• Programming or software development experience.
• Experience implementing Agile product development standards and best practices.
