Description

You will lead cross-functional Agile development teams using the Scrum framework to deliver projects ranging from simple to highly complex.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all required Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader to support project execution and team productivity.
• Identify and remove impediments that obstruct project success.
• Manage project workflows with high independence and minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Deep understanding of Agile Methodologies.
• Proven experience in Servant Leadership.
• CSM or PSM certification.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing end-to-end Scrum project lifecycles.
