Description

You will guide agile teams implementing the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform for enterprise GRC modernization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Guide development teams through the implementation of the ServiceNow IRM solution.
• Facilitate all Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach development teams toward increased self-organization and maturity.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maximize team performance.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Deep functional understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, principles, and practices.
• Strong familiarity with ServiceNow, specifically the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) suite.
• Understanding of core GRC processes: risk management, issue management, controls testing, and policy/compliance.
• Proven experience aligning technical solutions with established business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Ability to act as a change agent promoting Agile principles across the organization.
