Description

You will lead Agile ceremonies and manage delivery coordination for distributed development teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews for 10-15 member distributed teams.
• Track and report sprint progress using Azure DevOps, providing daily EOD summaries for offshore visibility.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between .NET/React developers, Data Engineers, QA, and Product/Program Managers.
• Implement risk management and dependency resolution, escalating blockers to leadership.
• Ensure onshore-offshore alignment through optimal meeting cadence and transparent communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Scrum Master or Project Management roles.
• 3+ years experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos).
• Expertise in Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Teams and Office suite.
• Experience managing executive stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with .NET and React development stacks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI.
