Description

You will lead Agile delivery for distributed teams of 10-15 members across multiple time zones.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Manage client relationships and executive escalations to ensure alignment with leadership expectations.
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and impediments using Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between .NET/React developers, Data Engineers, QA, and Product Managers.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, user story acceptance criteria, and risk management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• 3+ years of experience using Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos).
• Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience delivering enterprise software projects.
• Expertise in managing onshore-offshore delivery models and meeting cadences.
• Proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, and Office.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Agilist or SAFe Practitioner certification.
• Azure DevOps Fundamentals certification.
• Experience with Jira migrations and automotive domain exposure.
