Experience Required
✅ 10–12+ Years of overall experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
🎯 Required Skills
✔ Strong SAFe Agile experience.
✔ Hands-on experience with PI Planning and ART-level coordination.
✔ Advanced Jira Administration, reporting, dashboards, and workflow management.
✔ Expertise in Jira Automation (Native Jira Automation, JavaScript, and Rovo).
✔ Senior-level Scrum Master coaching experience.
✔ Experience supporting multiple Agile teams or an Agile Release Train (ART).
✔ Ability to coach Agile teams, leaders, and managers on Agile principles, execution, decision-making, and trade-offs.
✔ Prepare and facilitate PI Planning, Pre-PI Planning, and In-Quarter Execution.
✔ Drive backlog readiness, dependency management, risk mitigation, and capacity planning.
✔ Strong understanding of Agile metrics including Flow, Predictability, Work in Progress (WIP), Throughput, and Delivery Performance.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
✅ SAFe Certifications such as:
SSM (SAFe Scrum Master)
SASM (Advanced Scrum Master)
RTE (Release Train Engineer)
SPC (SAFe Program Consultant)
