Description

You lead Agile delivery for multiple teams or an Agile Release Train, owning PI Planning, dependency management, and execution metrics.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, Pre-PI Planning, and in-quarter execution for Agile Release Trains.
• Drive backlog readiness, capacity planning, and risk mitigation across teams.
• Administer Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting, including automation with JavaScript.
• Coach teams, leaders, and managers on Agile principles and trade-offs.

Required Skills

• 10–12+ years of overall experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong SAFe Agile experience with ART-level coordination.
• Hands-on expertise in Jira Administration and workflow management.
• Proficiency in Jira Automation using Native Automation, JavaScript, and Rovo.
• Deep understanding of Agile metrics: Flow, Predictability, WIP, Throughput, and Delivery Performance.
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams or a single Agile Release Train.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Certifications: SSM, SASM, RTE, or SPC.
