Description

Lead complex, cross-departmental infrastructure and development initiatives to ensure project objectives are met within timeline and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage project communications as the central hub for stakeholders, management, and project sponsors.
• Build detailed project task decompositions and supervise schedules using Jira and SharePoint.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues regarding scope, schedule, budget, or quality.
• Coordinate with vendors to oversee deliverables, monitor costs, and facilitate contract or NDA processes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and organize work into distinct streams across multiple concurrent IT projects.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hands-on project management and Scrum Master roles steering complex IT initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Expertise in planning, risk management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience with software/SaaS procurement, RFP processes, and Jira board management.
• Practical knowledge of Cloud Data Platforms.
• Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to present to Executive-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of business process transformation and change management practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing vendor contracts and overseeing service level agreements.
