Description

You will lead agile development teams through the implementation and continuous improvement of the Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on Scrum principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Track and analyze metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master leading agile development teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Deep understanding of agile principles and the Scrum framework in complex environments.
• Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Rally.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or other advanced agile certifications.
