About the Role 
We are seeking a Senior-level Scrum Master to support infrastructure teams within Hosting Platforms. This role starts with one team and expands into additional areas, helping drive Agile maturity and team performance across server, storage, and cloud teams. You’ll work closely with the Manager of the Cloud Team and collaborate with the Director of Hosting Platforms, who oversees server, storage, database, hosting platforms, and cloud teams.

What You’ll Do 
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with product model practices. 
- Assess team flow, collaboration, and performance metrics. 
- Remove barriers and foster high-performing, self-organizing teams. 
- Partner with management to evaluate and improve team outcomes. 
- Support infrastructure-focused teams (not just pure development). 

What We’re Looking For 
- Proven success as a Scrum Master in infrastructure environments (server, storage, cloud, hosting platforms). 
- Experience working in a product model within Agile frameworks. 
- Strong ability to assess team dynamics, measure performance, and remove impediments. 
- Background supporting technical teams outside of pure software development. 
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
