Lead agile teams through the Scrum process, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate standard Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Guide estimation, forecasting, and project planning to ensure accurate delivery timelines.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration to manage dependencies and unblock progress.
• Coach and train the team on agile practices and Scrum principles.
• Maintain the team’s story card wall, both digital and physical, ensuring visibility of work.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Expertise in Scrum Master methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent team building abilities to foster collaboration.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Strong collaboration skills to manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience with digital and physical story card tools.
• Any Graduate degree.
