Description

You will lead Agile teams in a hybrid role based in Pune, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through disciplined Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for distributed engineering teams.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain team velocity and psychological safety.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, risks, and metrics to leadership.
• Coach team members on Agile principles, Kanban flow, and CI/CD integration.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Deep understanding of Scrum framework, Kanban, and Agile metrics.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Trello.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed teams and utilizing remote collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in long-term contractual or contract-to-hire arrangements.
