Description

You will lead agile delivery for IT projects with a focus on GRC compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting sprint delivery and support the team in analysis, design, and testing.
• Track delivery metrics including velocity, productivity, quality, and timelines to monitor performance.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating GRC and compliance-oriented project activities across IT, Product, QA, Security, and Compliance teams.
• Support the implementation or maintenance of GRC tools and contribute to compliance documentation, risk tracking, and audits.

Required Skills

• 6–9 years of experience in Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, or IT Project Coordination.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices, Lean methodologies, and software development processes.
• Hands-on experience conducting agile ceremonies and improving team performance.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Experience with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow GRC or Archer.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of GRC concepts, compliance workflows, and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification.
