Description

You will lead agile transformations and facilitate high-performing Scrum teams in Hyderabad.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Scrum frameworks, agile principles, and TDD/CI/CD practices to drive value-driven development.
• Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Mentor Product Owners on stakeholder management, backlog grooming, and effective user story writing.
• Identify and remove systemic impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous delivery.
• Assess and elevate organizational Scrum maturity through regular coaching, 1:1 sessions, and conflict resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Strong proficiency in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Active certification in CSM, PSM, or equivalent agile methodologies.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and product owner support.
• Deep understanding of agile estimation techniques and the Definition of Done.
• Strong conflict resolution and team coaching skills.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in a related field.
