Drive agile process adoption and team performance across enterprise delivery environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Define, track, and interpret key Agile performance metrics, creating executive dashboards.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain backlog hygiene and drive sprint readiness.
• Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile principles using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations in enterprise delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile product or enterprise delivery.
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence for tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated understanding of backlog health, sprint hygiene, and Agile metrics.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD metrics.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated servant-leader mindset capable of influencing without authority.
