Description

You will guide multidisciplinary teams of product managers, marketers, designers, and engineers through Agile delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage Jira boards for multiple teams to ensure tasks and sprints are organized and tracked.
• Identify and resolve impediments to ensure sprint goals are met.
• Generate sprint reports to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development managers and product managers to align goals and execution.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role.
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and facilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in managing Jira boards and generating sprint reports.
• Experience with project management using multiple tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of development environments, deployment pipelines, and basic testing processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching stakeholders and team members.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM).
• Experience working in retail or consumer-facing product teams.
