Responsibilities

• Coach teams to self-organize, take ownership, and improve delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with a focus on outcomes rather than activities.
• Remove impediments and escalate issues while maintaining team accountability.
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leaders to align backlog items with business priorities.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools to enhance team productivity and quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Proven experience working with Azure DevOps in a delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery metrics.
• Experience coaching teams in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business value beyond mere delivery velocity.
• Experience working with AI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot.
• Familiarity with Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or ICP-ACC.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, business).

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving the adoption of AI tools in engineering workflows.
• Background in regulated industries requiring strict compliance and governance.
