Guide multiple Scrum teams through cross-functional delivery while driving organizational Agile transformation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Guide multiple Scrum teams through the delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
• Champion Agile principles and drive continuous process improvement within teams.
• Mentor teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Facilitate complex processes, resolve conflicts, and act as a servant leader.
• Support the broader organizational Agile transformation efforts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (PSM I/II).
• Proficiency in Agile tools including Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, Nexus, or Disciplined Agile).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
