Guide teams through Agile delivery processes and remove impediments to ensure continuous flow.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and actively remove impediments to delivery.
• Drive delivery cycles within Agile frameworks.
• Apply Scrum and Kanban methodologies to workflow.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and secure development practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Strong experience with enterprise financial or debt-management systems.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, and VersionOne.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Secure Development principles.
• Experience implementing DevOps practices.
• Any Graduate degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications (SAFe, CSM, PSM).
• Experience with integration/API-driven systems.
• Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements.
