Description

You will guide multiple agile teams through digital transformation and drive agile adoption across various products and lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams and leaders on agile principles, roles, and frameworks to build high-performing teams.
• Facilitate all team ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and quarterly product planning.
• Manage and guide product management teams in defining MVPs, developing roadmaps, story mapping, and backlog prioritization.
• Track and report on metrics regarding team progress, effectiveness of agile adoption, and agile maturity.
• Implement agile and lean principles to solve transformation issues such as resistance to change and conflicting priorities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile technology delivery.
• 5+ years of experience within Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) teams.
• Proficiency with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Mural.
• Ability to apply agile methods flexibly, including integration with traditional project management and fixed deadlines.
• Experience coaching teams on Objective and Key Results (OKRs).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously and working with distributed teams across time zones.
• Knowledge of Lean and XP frameworks.
