Description

Senior Scrum Master serving as a servant leader for the squad, driving delivery and continuous improvement within an Agile framework in Montréal, Québec.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team to deliver high-quality results sustainably while improving transparency and predictability.
• Identify and remove technical and organizational impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
• Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to refine roadmaps, goals, and delivery processes.
• Use metrics and tooling to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Facilitate team interactions with stakeholders and peers to manage dependencies and break down silos.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years working within Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum.
• Strong proficiency with Jira.
• Experience working with or knowledge of public cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Proven ability to influence behavior and drive change without formal authority.
• Expertise in relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations to manage dependencies and remove blockers.
• Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe-5).
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Practitioner or Azure AZ-900 certifications.
• Knowledge of Roadmunk and Rally.
• Experience in Financial Services and digital transformation.
