Description

You will lead and coach a squad to deliver high-quality results using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team to improve transparency, predictability, and sustainable delivery.
• Identify and remove technical or organizational impediments to maintain flow.
• Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to refine roadmaps, goals, and processes.
• Use metrics and tooling to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate team interactions with stakeholders and manage dependencies across complex organizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working within an Agile framework, preferably Scrum.
• Strong proficiency with Jira.
• Experience driving delivery and managing change in complex environments.
• Proven ability to influence behavior and lead without formal authority.
• Knowledge of or experience working with public cloud environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in team building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to navigate organizational silos to manage blockers.
• Agile Certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe-5.
