Description

Lead agile delivery and enforce lean-agile principles within a SAFe framework, acting as Service Delivery Owner.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Remove team impediments to maintain delivery velocity.
• Manage workflows using Kanban and Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate SAFe PI Planning and standard agile ceremonies.
• Oversee project lifecycles and the SDLC.
• Maintain team artifacts and documentation within Confluence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in lean-agile software development.
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Service Delivery Owner.
• Expertise in Atlassian products, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Life Cycle.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Experience with Jira Align and SAFe PI Planning.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in configuring Jira Team Boards, customized reports, and dashboards.
• Experience in healthcare insurance or financial services sectors.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
