Lead Agile ceremonies, manage project timelines, and oversee execution across IAM and security workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Partner with security, IT, and business stakeholders to define scope and priorities.
• Oversee project execution across IAM and security workstreams, ensuring alignment to business and compliance goals.
• Track progress, report status, and manage dependencies across teams.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and security compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Background in security projects (cybersecurity, risk management, IAM, or compliance).
• Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Scrum Master and Project Manager methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and IAM processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years tenure in current or similar senior role.
