Description

Lead large-scale, cross-functional, business-focused projects through the full software development life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and architecture diagrams.
• Design and deliver common flows, sequence diagrams, and functional specification documents.
• Lead the analysis of complex process workflows and future-state conceptual system designs.
• Evaluate internal and external technologies, vendors, and APIs for mobile application integration.
• Manage project scope to maintain alignment with business, schedule, technical, and financial objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Scrum Master experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Development and Backend Development using Java.
• Proficiency in creating FRD, BRD, SRD, and test cases.
• Ability to document APIs, build-out sequence diagrams, and user interfaces.
• Experience with software development processes and project management life cycles.
• Strong ability to assess conflicting viewpoints and articulate rational recommendations to management.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Six Sigma.
• Experience with IT portfolio planning, reporting, prioritization, governance, and budget.
