Description

Lead product teams through the transition from waterfall to product-oriented delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to provide transparency into delivery progress, challenges, and risks.
• Lead scrum teams to improve collaboration and facilitate healthy interactions with external stakeholders.
• Represent the team in broader coordination sessions, such as Scrum of Scrums.
• Mentor Junior Scrum Masters and act as an Agile Coach for low to medium-complexity teams.
• Champion the use of metrics and objective measures to track team performance and goal achievement.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience leading product-based delivery teams in scaled Agile organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to implement agile techniques across different work cultures and environments.
• Expertise in facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong coaching, educating, and leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills applied through agile principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Scrum Master certification or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Scaled Agile certification.
• Experience as an Agile Coach.
