Description

You will lead Scrum practices while providing hands-on application support for critical production systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and coach teams on self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Provide technical and business support for Citi applications, performing start-of-day checks, monitoring, and handovers.
• Manage application stability, quality, and operating environments during daily operations.
• Develop technical documentation, assess production issue risks, and escalate to management as needed.
• Participate in application releases and act as a liaison between users, traders, and technology groups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support or Scrum Master roles.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and problem management tools.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
• Ability to shield teams from external interruptions to maintain productivity.
• Experience with technical documentation and issue tracking/reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication and diplomacy skills for complex information exchange.
• Ability to partner with development and production support areas for bug fixes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of programming languages and business application configuration.
• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration and self-organization coaching.
