Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and enforce Agile practices.
• Manage delivery workflows within the BFSI domain.
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Coach teams on Scrum framework adherence.
• Track and report on key Agile metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in professional roles.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework.
• Experience working within the BFSI sector.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex delivery workflows.
