Lead cross-functional teams or an Agile Release Train to drive agile maturity and predictable delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team and ART-level ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and retrospectives.
• Monitor metrics related to quality, predictability, flow, and velocity to drive relentless improvement.
• Remove impediments by engaging stakeholders across the organization to ensure Iteration and PI objectives are met.
• Coordinate work across teams to improve throughput and build effective relationships with Architecture, UX, and Shared Services.
• Support Product Owners and Product Management in backlog management and priority alignment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Lean and Agile methodologies.
• 3+ years of direct experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead.
• Proven experience operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams or acting as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience.
