You will drive agile transformations at scale and manage process changes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive agile transformations across the organization.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to navigate complex process changes.
• Guide the transition between Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Manage expectations at every level of the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working effectively in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Heavy experience using Azure/DevOps.
• Technical familiarity with Microsoft and .NET development.
• Proven ability to engage with and guide senior leadership.

• Any Graduate degree.
