Description

Lead agile processes and support systems engineering design efforts for the development team.

Responsibilities

• Create and track Epics, Stories, and Tasks within Jira.
• Develop and maintain Jira dashboards and status reports.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning and Release Planning meetings.
• Communicate team status, technical issues, and roadblocks to the Chief Engineer.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed Concept-of-Operations (ConOps) and system-level designs, including data models, flows, and interface specifications.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of combined experience as a Scrum Master and/or Systems Engineer.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles and techniques.
• Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) software design principles.
• Ability to design data models, data flows, and logical workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for discussing design approaches and trade-offs.
